My name is Clara A. Chinyuka. I’m a nanny here at Mtoto Orphanage,

I have worked here since the Orphanage was established in 2015. So now I have eight Years as an employee in this Orphanage, under Mtoto Tanzania.

In short, I have become a veteran family member in this organization. I can say here Mtoto Orphanage is my family, I’m with these children for 24 hours. The children are very close to me and they are able to tell me any of their challenges without fear. In short, we are as close as a mother and her children, even when we are not together, each one remembers the other.

For me, working with Mtoto Tanzania is a JOY, the meaning of saying this is because of the way we collaborate closely in raising these children, so that they can reach their goals.

First, we hold meetings with one of the representatives from Denmark (Ms. Line) through the Internet once a week, so in a month we hold at least four meetings. So, it’s easy to share the challenges we have and solve them in time.

Second, is how we cooperate with my colleagues who work as one team with cooperation and solidarity.

These two reasons are enough to say that, “working under Mtoto Tanzania is a joy and a blessing for me”.

Last but not least, on behalf of these children who live here at Mtoto Orphanage, I would like to express my gratitude to all sponsors who manage to bring smiles and new hope to the faces and hearts of these orphans and those from poor families.
